The basic procedures and requirements from the Left High Patting The Horse to the finishing posture of the Left
Frog Kick are entirely the same as from the Right High Patting The Horse to the finishing posture of the Right
Frog Kick. It is only the switch of left and right. Therefore, readers can practice by referring to the
description of the movements of the Right Frog Kick. The details are not repeated here.
These two movements are the same like all other kicking motions. During the course of kicking, keep the body
upright all the time and should not sway to left and right or back and forth. Pay attention to open the hips as
much as possible when rotating the waist. At the same time, when moving and turning the leg outward, always keep
the sense of taking the thigh and the fore leg as the axis. Take a slow motion and not to end the movement purely
by kicking high with force. Keep the movement of the leg straightly under control by the senses.

next the left foot with toes slightly touching the ground.

with the left elbow as center, rotate the forearm leading it perpendicular to the upper arm. Summing up with the above three movements,
finally direct the left palm to face south with fingers and forearm pointing upward. Place the finger tips at the same height with the eyes
on the left side.
With the right shoulder as center, move the elbow along the direction of the knee to the same height as the left elbow. With the forearm
as axis, rotate the hand turning the palm from facing down to facing up. Also with the right elbow as center, rotate the upper arm in a
curve path along the direction of the left elbow. The overall movements as mentioned above finally place the right fingers next to the left
elbow. Keep the left leg in its original state. Reference can be made to the Right High Patting The Horse 02 as to the finishing posture of
