Turn body and throw fist

转身撇身捶 01:
由左足的足根及外侧发劲,并籍由曲变直的左腿
通过腰胯的控制将重心向右腿推移。右腿相应地
由直转曲,并以右胯与右足根连线为轴,将膝盖
与右足尖转向西方,成弓歩状。注意在转动过程
中膝与胯关节不可晃动。最后左边从脚跟经腰到
头顶处于一直线上,使重心基本处于右胯与右足
的连线上。
上身与右臂的相对位置不变,随右胯、足的转动
而由南面向西转向22.5度左右。
左臂籍肩关节与肘关节的协调转动,将左臂自然
直伸并向左腿方向落下。手掌面向左腿。高度如
照片所示。
转身撇身捶 02:

保持右边臂,胯,膝、
足的稳定,转动左边胯-
足轴,使左足尖指向西
南角,同时,松弛右
胯,将上身由前述方向
转至西南方。
自然直伸的左手臂随转
动的身躯继续沿弧线下
落至大腿旁。旋转左前
臂使手掌向东。
转身撇身捶 04:
籍进一步后收左胯、收臀鼓腰,重心
也继续略微后移,顺势将右边的虚足
尖点地后拖至左足前一英尺左右处。
转动肩,肘关节,将略微弯曲的右手
臂,沿弧线下移,将右拳移至离脐一
拳的前方。握拳的左手也同时向脐前
移动。双拳在脐前一拳处相遇。
双拳手背向上,虎口向内,拳面在同
高处相对。双臂略带外旋与后背构成
扩展的圆环。此时要加强开胯、鼓
腰、收臀的意识。
转身撇身捶 03
由右足尖抵地,微虚足根,籍直
伸右腿及左腿由直转曲将重心平
稳地移向左腿的胯和足的连线
上。上身由前倾转为中正,但仍
然保持面向西南方。
右手上臂基本保持原状,以肘为
中心,旋转前臂使整个手臂成为
指向西方的一条直线,并在这过
程中右手逐渐握拳,虎口向南。
左手则在后坐的过程中握拳略微
向裆前移动,手腕略微向拇指方
向旋转。
视线平视西方。

维持脊髓的中正,以左
胯为中心,后转右胯为
动力,将面向西南的上
身转向正西方。顺转身
之势,略微后收右足。

双肘同时内移,并且分
别以左右肘为中心,向
上转动前臂,使双臂上
下叠置,拳背向上,拳
心向内。

按第一阶段动作说明小结
所提各项要领由06的后坐
势,转为前弓势。
在不变动右肘位置的情况
下,将拳背向下的右拳籍
转动的前臂下击,至手臂
水平地指向正西方为止。
左拳还是留在右肘旁。
配合右臂的下击,以旋转
以左足根为支点的左大
腿,将左足尖转向与右足
并行的西方。

维持中正状态,直伸前置
右腿,以右足根着地,尽
量跷起足尖。

避免移动重心。右肘保持
原位,以右肘为中心,向
右上方旋转前臂,置拳于
右肩正前方,并与鼻同
高。虎口向北。左拳仍然
留在右肘旁

                              Turn Body and Throw fist 01

Emit power from the left heel as well as the outer side of the left foot. With extension of the bended left leg
and control of the hips and waist, shift the body weight to the right leg. The right leg is bended in due course.
With the connecting line of the right hip and right heel as axis, form a bow step by moving the right knee and   
foot to point west . Pay attention that the joints of the knee and the hips should not sway while turning.
Finally, the left side of the body from the heel through the waist to the head is forming a straight line. And the
weight center is essentially located between the right hip and the right foot. The positions of the torso and the
right arm are relatively unchanged. Following the rotation of the right hip and the right foot, turn the upper
body from south to west for 22.5 degrees.  Coordinate the turning with the joints of the left shoulder and the
elbow. Stretch out the left arm and let it falls toward the direction of the left leg. The palm is facing the left leg
with height as shown in the picture.

Keep the arm, hip, knee, and foot of the right side steady.
Rotate the axis between the left hip and foot. Turn the left
toes to point southwest. At the same time, relax the right
hip and turn the body to face southwest.

Following the rotation of the body, move the extended left
arm along a curve line till it is positioned next to the left
thigh. Turn the left forearm leading the palm to face east.

With the front part of the right foot pressing to the ground, slightly lift the heel.
By extending the right leg and bending the left leg, move the weight center steadily to
the connecting line between the left hip and the left heel. Bring the slanting body to
an upright position remaining to face south. The right forearm is relatively kept in
the same position. With the elbow as center, rotate the forearm till the whole arm
becomes a straight line pointing to the west. During this process, grasp the right hand
into a fist with the upper part facing the south. While the body is sitting back, turn
the left hand into a fist as well and move it toward the crotch. Turn the left wrist
slightly toward the direction of the thumb. Level the eyesight to the west.

The body is moving from the sitting position
to the forward bow step, according to the all
the essential requirements as outlined in the
first summary. Under the condition of not
changing the position of the right elbow and
through the turning of the forearm, punch down
with the back of the fist till the forearm is
levelly pointing to the west. The left fist is
still stationed next to the right elbow.
Matching
        Turn body and throw fist 06

Maintain the upright state. Stretch out the
right leg grounding with the right heel and lift
 the toes up. Avoid the shifting of the weight
center. Keep the right elbow at the same
position. With the right elbow as center, rotate
the forearm toward the upper right side and
place the right fist in front of the right
shoulder at the same height as the nose. The
upper part of the fist is facing north. The left
fist is still kept next to the right elbow.

Keep the spine straight. With the left hip as
center and the back turning of the right hip as
driving power, move the torso from facing
southwest to facing west. Following the rotation
of the body, slightly withdraw the right foot.
Move both elbows inward at the same time.
Respectively use both elbows as center and turn
the forearms upward. Pile up both arms with the
back of the fists facing upward and the center of
the fists facing inward.

Withdraw the left hip further. Lower the buttock and round the lower back. Move the
weight center further back. Following this motion, slide the right toes backward till
it is roughly in a foot distance from the left foot. Rotate the joints of the shoulder
and elbow. Move the slightly bended right arm downward along a curve line leading the
fist closed to the navel with distance of a fist. Move the left fist toward the navel
at the same time. Both fists meet in front of the navel.
The back of both fists are facing upward while the upper part of the fists are facing
inward. The fists are facing each other at the same height. Slightly rotate both arms
outward forming an expanded circle with the back of the body. Intensify the sense of
opening the hips, rounding the lower back and lowering down the buttock at the same time

肘,气沉丹田.气能入丹田,为气总机
关,由此分运四体百骸,以气周流全身,
意到气至.练到此地位,其力不可限量
唉!
此不用浊力,纯以神行,功效著唉!先师
云:[极柔软,然后极坚刚],盖此意也!
