Turn body & kick with right heel 01
Keep the body upright with the weight center still falling on top of the connecting line between the right hip and foot. With the right
hip as center, shift the left hip forward along a curve path in the horizontal level leading the upper body from facing south to facing
southwest.
Following the turning of the body, ground the left foot stably and slightly. The outer edge of the left foot is placed on the right side
of the right foot.
With the left shoulder as center, sink down the left elbow from the front. With the right shoulder as center, move down the right
elbow along a curve path to the left placing both elbows outside of the chest. With both elbows as center, rotate the forearms
leading both wrists crossing each other’s  and with half foot of distance in front of the neck. Grasp both palms into fists.
With the right arm outside and the left arm inside, the state of the upper body is the same as Turning Body To Extend Left Leg.
Turn body & kick with right heel 02
Shift the weight center to the left heel and the front part of the right foot; with both feet sharing the equal weight.
With even and coordinated power from the left and right legs, hips and waist and by using the spine as axis, rotate the whole body to
the right. The spine is basically turning from its original position leading the whole body steadily and stably from facing southwest and
to facing east.
Step down the left foot and shift the weight center slightly and stably to the left foot. The righ t foot is still touching the ground with the
toe tips.
During the rotation, pay attention to the coordination and equal speed among the left and right shoulders, hips, knees and feet.
Keep both arms stable. With both forearms as axis, keep the connecting point of both wrists stable. Exchange the positions of the
right and left wrists from inside out. Please refer to the video for the details of this movement.
Turn body & kick with right heel 03
Maintain the whole body upright. While keeping both hips
stable, slightly and stably rotate the right hip and raise the
right thigh from the east. With the right elbow as center,
rotate the forearm toward the upper right side and point the
right arm exactly to the east. The hand and nose are at the
same height.
With the left arm as center, rotate the left forearm in the
horizontal level toward the north. With the elbow as center,
rotate the forearm toward the left upper side. Both fists are
at the same height.
Turn body & kick with right heel 03

Still maintain the whole body   upright and stable. With the
right knee as center and sense on the right heel, kick out
with the right leg toward the east. Point the toe tips up as
much as possible while kicking.
At the same time, open the right fist with the center of the
palm facing left. Chop down with the right arm while
extending the leg.
Open the left fist simultaneously with the palm center facing
east. Chop down with the left arm toward the north.
