(75) 转身玉女穿梭——

转身玉女穿梭 01
以左足跟与胯的连线为轴,将左膝与左足由西南方转向西
北。同步地,以左胯为中心,转动右胯使上身由西南方转向
西北。同时将向西南前倾的上身转为向西北的中正状态。
右足维持原状,右腿保持直伸,随胯的转移而略微向右拧
转。
左臂随身转动时,肘向胸左侧靠拢,与野马分鬃转体时相
同,使左前臂斜跨胸前,手腕轻贴右肩,手掌向后。
右臂自然直伸地下落斜穿腹部,与左前臂基本平行。轻贴身
体。手掌向左后,与野马分鬃时相同。
整体处于中正状态,头转向东北,眼睛平视前方。

维持左跨与膝的稳定。以左跨为中心,向后转移右胯,使上身
由西北转向北方。同步以右胯为中心,着意于右足跟,以直伸
的右腿为半径,使右足随右胯的运动作弧线后移,双足接近平
行。
上身由中正转为向左大腿方向前倾。由于此时上身面向北方,
而上身前倾时要使重心完全落在指向西北的左边胯足连线上,
所以,实际上,此过程中,上身是由面向西北的中正转为面向
北面的侧前倾。切莫向北前倾造成重心不稳。
双臂保持原形。
转身玉女穿梭 03
维持左膝的稳定,开胯使右膝右移,右腿由直而曲,将重心维持原有高
度,沿双足跟的连线向右移动,直到双足平均承担体重为止。在移动重心
时,同步以右足跟为中心,右足尖转向东北方。由于这只是转体的中间阶
段,所以右足尖仍然略微跷起。
上身由向北的侧前倾转为中正,由于此时上身也处于由北转为东北的中间
阶段,所以面对两者之间。
左臂维持原状不变,由于上身的转动而离开前胸,手掌也因此而由离开右
肩而处于胸的正前方。以左前臂为轴,将左手掌由面后转为向前。
右肘顺转体之势在原高度上,略微向身体右侧转移,并以右肘关节为中
心,上提前臂,使右手腕沿左前臂滑动直到左手掌按在右腕上为止。

继续上述转身运动。左足跟撑
地,左腿由曲而直,将重心完全
移到右胯与右足跟的连线之上。
同时将右足转向东南方。上身由
中正转为向东北,并向右足及右
大腿指向的东南方侧前倾。
双臂保持原状,随上身的转动而
位移。双臂与后背构成的上围要
有向外松展之意。

以脊髓为中心,转动双胯,使上身
由东北方的侧前倾转为向东南方的
前倾偏正状态。同时以左胯、左足
跟连线为轴将左足尖由西北传向东
北方。双臂还是维持原状随转体而
位移。

全身由弓步的偏正转为后坐的中正状
态。同时维持双胯的稳定,稍微向右转
腰,籍转腰之势,以左手指与右腕接触
处为中心的稳定,转动右前臂,使右肘
略微向左移动,同时转动右手腕,尽量
将手掌由向内转为向上,而且将手指转
向南方。左手及左臂保持原状不变。
此时,要避免耸肩。臂、肘、肩的转动
要与腰的转动协调。

在维持中正的情况下,腰向左回转,顺
势右手腕及臂、肘、肩继续循原方向旋
转,直到右前臂斜置于额前,掌面向
外。左臂还在原处静止不动。此时左手
指当处于右拇指下。全身仍处于面向东
南的中正状态。
手、臂的运动细节请仔细观看录像。
此步骤的要点是,右手臂的转动劲由腰
胯而来,要与腰胯的转动相协调。

由后坐的中正,转为向东南的弓步偏
正。保持右臂原状,随重心与上身身前
倾而动。左臂随重心的前移而掌向东南
方略微推出。

在左腿伸直时,将左足尖转向东南方与
右足平行。

This is the finishing posture of the  Pretty
Girl Works at Shuttle(L).
Attention:
This group of pictures with dress in red
was taken from the north and not from the
south. Therefore, the direction as
mentioned in the description is just
opposite to the picture taken. This means
east on the left, right on the west, front at
the north and back at the south.

With the connecting line of the left heel and hip as axis, turn the left knee and left foot from southwest to northwest.
At the same time, with the left hip as axis, rotate the right hip leading the body from facing southwest to facing northwest.
Rotate the southwest-slanting torso to upright and  to face northwest. Keep the right leg at its original state. The right leg remains stretch out. Following the
shift of the hip, turn slightly to the right.
Following the rotation of the body, the left elbow is closing in to the left side of the chest, which is similar to the rotation of the body under Wild Horse Ruffling
Mane. Slant the left forearm across the front of the chest with the wrist slightly touching the right shoulder and the palm facing backward.
The right arm is naturally stretching out downward and slantingly across the abdomen, which is basically in parallel with the left forearm, and touching the
body slightly at the same time. The palm is facing backward to the left; which is similar to Wild Horse Ruffling Mane. The whole body is in upright state with the
head turning to the northeast and the eyesight looking horizontally forward.

Keep the left hip and knee stable. With the left hip as center, rotate the right hip backward leading the body from facing northwest to facing north.
At the same time, with the right hip as center and  attention to the right heel, following the movement of the right hip move the right foot backward in a
curving path by using the stretching right leg as radius till both feet are nearly in parallel.
Turn the torso from upright to slanting forward toward the direction of the left thigh. The torso is facing north and because of the slanting position the
weight center is completely falling on the connecting line between the hip and the leg on the left side; which is facing the northwest.
Therefore, in reality during the movement, the torso is turning from facing northwest in upright position to facing north in slanting sideway position. Do not
slant toward the north and make the weight center unstable. Both arms remain in the original state.

Keep the left knee stable. Open the hips leading the right knee to shift to the right. Bend the right leg. Keep the weight center at the original height and
move to the right along the connecting line between the two heels till both legs sharing the body weight equally.
When shifting the weight center, with the right heel as center, turn the right toe tips at  the same time toward  northeast. As this is the intermediate stage of
rotating the body, therefore the right toe tips are still slightly pointing upward.
The torso is turning from slanting to the north to upright. As the upper body is also in the intermediate stage of turning from the north to the northeast, so
the body is facing in between these two directions.
Keep the left arm at its original state. It moves away from the front of the chest when the torso is rotating. The palm is also moving away from the right
shoulder and toward the front of the chest. With the left forearm as axis, move the left palm from facing backward to facing forward.
Following the rotation of the body, the right elbow is shifting from its original height slightly toward the right side of the body. And with the right elbow as the
center, raise the forearm forward leading the right wrist to slide along the left forearm till the left palm is pressing against the right wrist.

Continue the rotation of the body as mentioned above. Press the left heel
against the ground and stretch the left leg. Move the weight center completely
to the connecting line between the right hip and the right heel. Turn the right
foot toward southeast at the same time.
The upright torso is turning toward northeast and slanting forward toward the
southeast direction as the same direction of the right foot and right thigh. Both
arms remain at the original state and follow the rotation of the upper body to
shift their position. The upper part of the body as formed by both arms and the
back carry the sense of relaxingly expanding outward.

With the spine as center, rotate both hips leading the northeast facing upper
body from slanting sideway forward to slanting upright and to face southeast.
With the connecting line between the left hip and left heel as axis, turn the left
toe tips from northwest and northeast. Both arms remain at the original state
and shift along with the rotation of the body.

The whole body moves from slanting bow step to upright sit-back position. Keep both
hips stable at the same time. Slightly turn the waist to the right. With the turning
movement to the right, take the touching point between the left fingers and the right
wrist as center, rotate the right forearm leading the right elbow moves slightly to the
left. Rotate the right wrist at the same time, turn the palm from facing inward to facing
upward as much as possible and point the fingers toward south.
Keep the left hand and arm at their original state. Avoid shrugging the shoulder and
ensure that the rotation of the arms, elbows and shoulders is in coordination with the
rotation of the waist

While keeping the body upright, turn the waist to the left. Following the movement,
continue the rotation of the right wrist, arm, elbow and shoulder along the same direction
till the right forearm is positioned slantingly in front of the forehead with the palm facing
outward.
The left arm remains still at its original position. The left fingers are located underneath
the right thumb. The whole body is still in the upright state facing southeast.
Kindly watch the video in details concerning the movements of the hands and arms. The
important point of this movement is that the rotation of the right arm is powered by the hips
and waist and has to be coordinated  with the turning of the hips and waist.

Move the body from sit-back upright to slanting bow step facing southeast.
Keep the right arm at its original state and move along when the torso and the
weight center are becoming slanting forward. Following the shift of the weight
center, move the left arm forward with the palm pushing out slightly toward the
southeast direction.
When stretch out the left leg, move the left toe tips from southeast to parallel
with the right foot.
