此动作运动过程及要领完全与(75)转身玉女穿梭相同。所不同的只是,此动作由东北角转到西北角。而(75)是由西南角转到东南角。
只要把(75)的动作说明文字中,东、西对换;南、北对换就可以了。

The procedures and requirements of this movement are the same as Pretty Girl Treading Shuttle Turning Body of (75). The only
difference is that this movement is rotating from the northeast to the northwest. And the Pretty Girl Treading Shuttle Turning
Body of (75) is rotating from the southwest to the southeast. Therefore, under the description of (75) just switch the
direction between east and west as well as south and north.

 跟步揽雀尾 01
保持右胯与右膝的稳定。以右胯为
中心,向后转动左胯,并使上身由
向西北方前倾转为面对西方的中正
状态。左腿顺势前移,使左足尖在
右足后侧旁轻轻点地。重心仍然置
于右胯与右足跟连线上。
双肘随上身的转动分别稍微向左右
两侧下移。左手掌向右,手指指向
右手腕。右手掌向左,手指尖与眉
齐高,置于正前方。左右前臂斜指
向前上方。

踩实左足跟,将重心稳定地移向左
胯与左足跟的连线上。与移动重心
同步,渐渐提起右足跟,足尖轻轻
点地。
双臂随重心的左移继续略微下移。
使双手处于身体的正前方,右手指
与鼻尖同高,左手指轻轻放在右手
腕上。

收臀,鼓腰,开胯,将右
腿向前轻移,使右足跟着
地,全腿直伸。足尖跷
起。
含胸拔背,双臂外侧与臂
构成的上围向外松展。
此时达到典型的中正后坐
状态。
其实,此时也即处于琵琶
势的终止状态。

(80)单鞭——The Single whip

                  Graspping the bird's tail with half-step up 01
Keep the right hip and right knee stable. With the right hip as center, rotate the
left hip back and turn the torso from slanting toward the northwest to right up
facing the west.
Following the turning, move the left leg forward touching the ground next to the
back side of the right foot with the left toe tips. The weight center is still located on
the connecting line between the right hip and the right heel. Both elbows follow
the turning of the body and move respectively downward toward the left and right
side.
The left palm faces the right side with fingers pointing to the right wrist. The right
palm faces the left side with fingers located right in front at the same height as the
eyebrow. Both left and right forearms are pointing upward to the front.

Step the left heel firmly and shift steadily the weight center to the connecting line
between the left hip and the left heel. At the same time, gradually raise the right
heel with toe tips touching the ground slightly.

Both arms follow the shift of the weight center and continue to move slightly
downward placing both hands right in front of the body. The right fingers are at
the same height as the nose tip and the left fingers touches the right wrists slightly.

Lower down the buttock. Round the lower back and
open the hips. Move the right leg softly forward and
ground with the right heel. Stretch out the whole leg
with the toe tips pointing up.
Enclose the chest and straighten the back. The upper
part of the body as formed with the two arms expands
outward relaxingly. This is the typical state of sitting
back in the up right position.
In fact, this is also the finishing posture of the Lute
Form.
