 左玉女穿梭 03
保持右胯与右膝的稳定,以右胯为中心,
将向西北前倾的上身转为中正。顺势将左
腿前移,以足尖轻点于右足趾旁。
放松右肩,右手臂留在原位,由于上身的
提起,使右前臂与上身分离而斜跨于胸
前。以右前臂为轴将手掌由向后转为面向
前方。
转动左肩与左肘关节,使左掌向内,左腕
沿着右前臂上提,直到置左腕于右掌之
前,相互轻轻贴在一起。
此时整体须符合中正状态各项要领。

维持右跨膝的稳定,以右
跨为中中心,将左跨略微
后移,使上身由面向西北
转为面向西方,顺势向东
南方前伸左腿。左腿伸
直,左足跟着地,足尖尽
量跷起。
双臂保持原状随转身而
动。
此时整体仍然保持中正态
势。

右腿由曲而直,左腿
由直而曲,将重心由
右腿移向左腿,上身
基本保持面西原状,
但由中正转为向左腿
方向侧倾。
双臂随重心与上身的
运动而位移。避免独
立的运动。手臂与后
背组成的上围要有向
外的松展意识。

以右胯与右足跟连线为
轴,转动右腿使右足尖
由西北转向西南,双足
平行指向西南。与此同
步,以脊髓为中心,向
左转动双胯,使上身由
西方的侧倾转向西南方
前倾。整体成为面向西
南的偏正状态。
双臂仍然没有独立位
移,而只是随身而动。

由弓步的偏正,转为后坐的中正状态。
同时,维持双胯的稳定,稍微向左转
腰;籍转腰之势,以右手指与左手腕的
接触点为中心,并且尽量维持此中心在
原处的稳定,转动左前臂,使左肘略向
右移动,同时转动左手腕尽量将手掌由
向内转为向上,而且将手指转向南方。
右手、臂保持原状不变。
注意,在转动腰及左边臂,、肘、肩时
要维持中正,并避免耸肩。臂、肘、肩
的转动要与腰的转动协调。

在维持中正的情况下,腰向右回转,顺
势左手腕及臂、肘、肩继续循原方向旋
转,直到左前臂斜置于额前,掌面向
外。右臂还在原处静止不动,此时右手
指当处左拇指下,如图所示的状态。
全身仍然处于面向西南的中正状态。
手臂的转动,较难精确描述,最好仔细
观看录像。
此步骤的要点是,使左边手臂的转动劲
由腰胯而来,要与腰、胯的转动相配
合。

由后坐的中正,转为向
西南的偏正弓步。保持
左臂原状随重心,与全
身前移。右臂随重心的
前移而动,并使右掌向
西南方略微推出。
右腿直伸时,将右足尖
转向西南,与左足平
行。

Steps 01 and 02 of the Left Pretty Girl
Treading Shuttle are the same as the
Right Wild Horse Ruffling Mane 01 and 02.
The respective descriptions are not
repeated here.

Keep the right hip and right knee stable. With the right hip as the center, rotate the northwest facing  upper body  from
slanting to upright. Follow the movement by shifting the left leg forward. Touch the ground with the left toe tips by
placing them next to the right toes.
Relax the right shoulder. Keep the right arm at its original position. Because of the upward movement of the torso, the
right forearm moves away from the body and slants across in front of the chest. With the right forearm as axis, rotate
the palm from facing backward to facing forward.
Rotate the left shoulder and left elbow joints leading the left palm to face inward. Raise the left wrist along the right
forearm till it is located in front of the right palm and slightly touching each other. At this moment all the essential
requirements of the upright position have to be meet.

Keep the right hip stable. With the right hip as the
center, move the left hip slightly backward turning the
torso from facing northwest to facing west. Follow
through by extending forward the left leg toward the
southeast side.
Stretch out the left leg. Ground with the left heel and
point the toe tips up as mush as possible. Both arms
remain at their original state and move according to  
the turning  of the body. At this moment, the whole
body is still remained in the upright state.

Straighten the right leg and bend the left let. Shift the weight
center from the right leg to the left leg. The upper body
basically remains facing west but is turning from up right to
slanting ;toward the direction of the left leg.
The position of the both arms shift according to the
movement of the weight center and the upper body. To avoid
the independent movement of arms, the upper part of the
body as formed by the arms and the back should have the
sense of extending relaxingly outward.

With the connecting line between the right hip and right leg
as axis, rotate the right leg leading the right toe tips from
facing northwest to facing southwest. Both feet are in parallel
pointing to the southwest.
At the same time, with the spine as axis, rotate the both hips
to the left leading the upper body from slanting sideway to
the west to slanting forward to the southwest.
The whole body becomes facing southwest in a slanting
state. Both arms are still not shifting independently and only
move according the motion of the body.

While keeping the body upright, rotate the waist to the right. Following the move, continue to turn the left wrist, arm, elbow and
shoulder from the original direction till the left forearm is positioned slantingly in front of the forehead with the palm facing outward.
The right arm remains still at its original state. At this moment, the right fingers should locate underneath the left thumb in the state
as shown in the picture.
The whole body is still in the upright state facing southwest. It is difficult to precisely describe the turning of the arm. It is better to
watch the video in detail.
The important point of this procedure is to ensure that the rotation of the left arm is originated from the hip and waist and is
coordinated with the rotation of the hip and waist.

While keeping the body upright, rotate the waist to the right. Following the move,
continue to turn the left wrist, arm, elbow and shoulder from the original direction till
the left forearm is positioned slantingly in front of the forehead with the palm facing
outward. The right arm remains still at its original state. At this moment, the right
fingers should locate underneath the left thumb in the state as shown in the picture.
The whole body is still in the upright state facing southwest. It is difficult to precisely

Move from sitting back in upright position to slanting
forward in bow step toward southwest. Keep the left
arm at its original position and move forward by
following the shift of the weight center and the  body.
The right arm also moves according to the forward
shift of the weight center leading the right palm
slightly pushing out toward the southwest direction.

While stretching the right leg out, turn the right toe
tips to face southwest and in parallel with the left foot.
