一起脚 01
保持右胯、右膝的稳定。以后腰与右腿
之劲使上身由前倾的偏正转为中正,并
顺势将左脚前移,将左足尖置于右足
旁,轻轻点地。
双肘保持原位基本不动,以左肘为中
心,转动前臂向中间下移前臂并以前臂
为轴将左掌由面右转为斜着面向脸。手
指与嘴同高。同步,以右臂为轴,转动
右掌使其面下,手指轻轻按在左臂上,
然而以右肘为中心,使右手指沿左臂渐
渐上移直到按着左手腕为止。
调整体态,确保中正,虚领。手臂与背
合围含饱满外张之意。
一起脚 02
保持全身稳定,以右胯为中心,平稳后
转左胯,使上身由面东转向东北。顺势
向东北方前移左腿,足跟着地直伸,脚
尖翘起。双足跟连线指向东北。

此时体态与右分脚01相同。

  一起脚 07
保持左腿与上身稳定。以右胯为中心,向
东南方提起右大腿,再尽量挺直脚背,以
小腿踢向东南方。
以左肩为中心,将左肘沿弧线移至略低于
肩的正北方,然后展拳成掌,指向北方,
以肘为中心下劈前臂,直到左臂自然直
伸。
相应地以右肩为中心,将右肘沿弧线移至
略低于肩的东南方,然后展拳成掌面向东
北,以肘为中心与右腿相向下劈前臂。直
到右臂自然直伸。双手运动轨迹可参照上
图黄点所示。

遵循所有上步时由前弓的偏正转为后坐
中正的要领,将右虚足移至左足旁轻轻
点地。

在转为中正的同时,以左胯为中心平稳
地后移右胯,使上身由东北转向东方。

分别以左右前臂为轴,转动双拳,使拳
心向内。在前臂旋转之时,利用腰胯的
劲,要增强全身旋转向上的意识,更
清晰地保持虚领中正,开胯鼓腰以达致
意气下沉,为稳定的踢腿动作好准备。

                              The first raise-foot kick 01
Keep the right hip and right knee stable. With the power from the back of the waist and the
right leg, turn the body from slanting forward to upright. Following the turn, move the left
leg forward and place the left toe tips next to the right foot touching the ground slightly.
Retain the original position of both elbows. With the left elbow as center, rotate the forearm
and move it downward to the middle. And with the forearm as center, turn the left palm from
facing right to slantingly facing the face.
The fingers and mouth are at the same height. At the same time, with the right arm as axis,
move the right fingers gradually upward along the left arm till they touch the left wrist.
Adjust the body posture to ensure it is upright and insubstantially upraising. The arms and
the back are having the sense of encircling fully and expanding.

Keep the entire body stable. With the
right hip as center, steadily turn the left
hip backward leading the torso from
facing east to facing northeast.
Following the turn, move the left leg
toward the northeast grounding with the
left heel and pointing the toe tips
upward. Both heels are lining up to face
northeast.

This posture is the same as The Right
Frog Kick 01
From left to right, the
respective procedures of The
First Raising-Foot Kick
03,04,05 are completely the
same as The Right Frog Kick
02,03,04.

                           The first raise-foot kick 06   
Follow  all the basic requirements of moving backward to upright sitting position from
forward slanting bow step. Place the insubstantial right foot next to the left foot touching
the ground slightly.
When turning the body to upright position, with the left hip as center, steadily move the
right hip backward rotating the upper body from northeast to east.
Respectively using the left and right forearms as axis, rotate both fists turning the center
of the fist to face inward. While turning the forearms, use the power from the waist and
hips to reinforce the sense of rotating the entire body upward. Maintain clearly the body
is upright and unsubstantially upraising. Open the hips and expand the waist so that the
sense and internal power can sink down preparing the leg to have a stable kicking
movement.
               The first raise-foot kick 07
Keep the left leg and upper body stable. With the right hip as center, raise the
right thigh up toward the southeast. Stretch the instep and kick out with the lower
leg toward the southeast side.
With the left shoulder as center, move the left elbow along a curve path toward
the north slightly under the shoulder level. Open the fist into palm with fingers
pointing to north. With the elbow as center, chop the forearm down till the left
arm stretching naturally straight.
Relatively with the right shoulder as center, move the right elbow along a curve
path toward the southeast slightly under the shoulder level. Open the fists into
palm and with the elbow as center chop the forearm down in the same direction
as the right leg till the right arm stretch out naturally. Kindly refer to the yellow
dots in the picture concerning the moving track of both hands.
