            迎面掌 01

维持右胯与膝的稳定,以腰、腿之劲将上身由前
倾状态转为正直。顺势同步前移左腿,使左足尖
在右足旁轻点着地。 以右肩为中心,向左方下落
右肘到上身右侧。右手维持握拳状,掌心由向南
转向向东,虎口由向下转向北方。置右拳与胸
前。

以左肩为中心,向左方略微上提左肘,同时,以
左肘为中心,上提左前臂,将左拳置于嘴前,手
掌向东,虎口向南。

使双拳在身子中间,相隔一掌的间距上下呼应。

基本保持原来体态,放松左
胯,将左腿伸直,以左足跟
着地于正东方。

基本保持双手的高度,以掌
心向东展开双拳,
  迎面掌 03
遵循以前所述各项基本要
领,将后坐中正体态转为弓
步前倾的偏正状态。

双臂基本保持原来形态,随
重心的前移含前推之意。
   (113)翻身撇身捶——
Turning body-throw fist
    翻身撇身捶 01
双胯维持松静,重心仍落在左胯和左足跟的连线
上,并以此连线为轴,将左足尖与左膝由正东方
转向正南方。同时以左胯为中心,将上身由向东
前倾转为中正偏向东南方。
右腿保持直伸状态。
右上臂基本维持原状,以右肘为中心,在同一水
平面上,内转右前臂,直到前臂横跨上腹部。以
左肩为中心,下落左肘,并以左肘为中心,转动
左前臂,使左前臂在右前臂下面,上下相叠。
双手由展掌转为握拳,右拳掌面向下,置于左肘
之上,左拳掌面向下,置于右肘之下。
转身,转臂以及握拳三动作要均匀,胁调,同步
完成。
翻身撇身捶 02
以左胯为中心,向后转动
右胯及直伸的右腿,使双
胯连线处于东西方向。右
腿在沿弧线移动时,足掌
擦地而动,意在足跟,直
到双足平行指向南方。

上身随右胯的移动,由东
南转向正南方。双臂与上
身相对位置保持不变。视
线移向西南方。
翻身撇身捶03

由腰腿之劲,着力于左足跟,左腿由曲
转直,而右腿由直转曲,将重心由左腿
移至右胯与右足跟的连线上。上身则随
双胯的移动由面向南方的中正状态转为
向西南方向的侧倾状态。右足尖指向西
方。

在保持双肘稳定的情况下,将左拳留在
右肘旁,右前臂以右肘为中心,顺转动
腰胯之势,以与转身撇身06相似的方式
向前旋击。
翻身撇身捶 04
用腰腿之劲,左足跟撑地,直挺左腿,
继续以脊髓为中心旋转双胯,使右胯略
微后收,而左胯相应地略微前移,把上
身由向西南侧倾转为向西前倾。同时以
左足跟为中心,旋转左足使足尖转向西
南方。
右腿及右足要有阻止重心过多前移的意
识。
左手臂保持不变,右手前臂顺直伸左
腿,转腰胯之势,继续以拳背向下旋击
直到前臂基本处于水平位置。

                                                        The Swatting-face palm 01
Keep the right hip and knee stable. With the internal power from the waist and legs, turn the upper
body from slanting forward to upright. Follow through at the same time by shifting the left leg forward.
Ground the toe tips of the left foot next to the right foot.
With the right shoulder as center, drop the right elbow down to the left side till it reaching the right
side of the upper body. The right hand is still holding in fist with the center to the fist turning from
facing south to facing east. Turn the upper side of the fist from facing down to facing north. Place the
right fist in front of the chest.
With the left shoulder as center, raise the left elbow slightly upward. With the left elbow as center,
raise the left forearm at the same time. Place the left fist in front of the mouth with the center of the
fist facing east and the upper side of the fist facing south. Both fists are located in the middle of the
body with a palm of distance apart echoing each other.

Keep the body basically at its
original state. Relax the left
hip and stretch the left leg.
Ground the left heel to the
east. Keep the same height of
the both hands. Open both
fists toward the east side.

Follow the basic requirements
as mentioned previously. Turn
the sitting back position to
slanting forward position with
bow step.

Keep both arms at their original
state and push forward along
with the shifting of the weight
center of the body.

Keep both hips relaxed and still. The weight center is still falling on top of the connecting line between the left hip
and the left heel. With this line as center, turn the left toe tips and knee from the right east to the right south. With
the left hip as center, turn the upper body at the same time from slanting toward the east to upright facing
southeast.

The right leg remains stretching out and the status of the right upper arm is  unchanged. With the right elbow as
center, rotate inward the right forearm at the same level till the forearm is crossing above the upper abdomen.
With the left shoulder as center, drop the left elbow down. With left elbow as center, rotate the left forearm piling it
under the right forearm.
Turn both palms into fists. The upper side of the right fist is facing down and is located above the left elbow. The
center of the left fist is facing down and the fist is located under the right elbow. Turning the body, rotating the
arms and holding the fists have to be completed at the same time evenly and with coordination.   
Attention : The following photos with dress in blue were taken from the east while those with dress in Red  
                   were taken from the north.

With the left hip as center, rotate the right hip backward and
stretch out the right leg leading the connecting line between the
two hips to situate across the east and west direction. While
moving the right leg along the curving path, the sole of the foot is
rubbing the ground. Keep the sense on the heel till both feet are
in parallel and pointing to the south.

Following the shifting of the right hip, the torso is turning from
facing southeast to facing south. The relative position between
both arms and the upper body remains unchanged. Turn the
eyesight toward the southwest side.

With the internal power from the wrist and the legs, apply the force to the left heel. Stretch the left leg and bend the
right leg. Shift the weight center from the left leg to the top of the connecting line between the right hip and the
right heel. Following the shifting of both hips, the torso is turning from the upright position facing south to the
slanting forward position facing southwest.

While maintaining both elbows stable, keep the left fist next to the right elbow. With the right elbow as center, twist
and punch the right forearm while turning the waist and the hips. The movement is the same as (6) of Turning
Body-Throw Fist.

With the internal power from the waist and leg, press the ground with the left heel and straighten the left leg. Continue
to rotate both hips with the spine as center. Withdraw the right hip back slightly and shift the left hip forward
coordinately. Turn the body from slanting sideway toward the southwest to slanting forward toward the west. With the
left heel as center, rotate the left foot at the same time leading the toe tips to point to the southwest side.

The right leg and right foot have the sense of not letting the weight center to shift excessively. The status of the left
arm remains unchanged. Following the stretching of the left leg and the turning of the hips and the waist, continue to
use the right forearm and the back of the right fist to punch downward till the forearm is essentially in horizontal level.
