(6) 斜飞势—— Slanting lift-off    
       斜飞势

微微提起右脚跟,由右脚尖支地将重心推移
至左腿,同时略左移左胯使身体转向西南
角,往后斜靠,直到左边
K-H-D-B处于同一
个基本与地面垂直的平面上。

左手掌随上身的转动以左前臂为轴顺势向右
转90度。保持左肘稳定的情况下转动肘关
节,使前臂与上臂基本成垂直状态。

右臂以肩关节为中心,自然下移与伸直的右
腿基本平行。下落的过程中,右手手指由钩
手慢慢自然伸直,手掌面下。
提手上势 1:

转动左胯关节将面向西南后靠的上身转
向面南成中正状态,同时在保持双肘稳
定的情况下,转动双前臂在胸前相交。
将左手指置于右手的手腕中间。

上述转动上身时,将重心始终维持在左
H-K的连线上,把右腿移向正前方足跟
着地,两腿间距保持与肩同宽。
提手上势 2:

由左足跟着支地之劲,直伸左腿同时右腿
协调地由直转曲在腰胯的控制下,将重心
向前平移推进,直到重心全部垂直落在右
D-K连接的直线上。当力着于右足中后
部即止。这时的体态与前述的提手上势基
本相同。

上身前移时双手保持放松肌肉与后背组成
的园围,略含向外扩张之意地稳定前移。
上身前倾,左边
A-B-D-H-K成一线。
提手上势 3:

在保持右膝及胯稳定的情况下,以右胯
关节为中心,利用后腰与右大腿的劲将
上身提起领正并带动左脚前置于与右足
并行而且使双足间距与肩同宽。

同时,以右臂为轴,作外向旋转使右手
掌由里转向面外。左手以肘为中心将左
臂向下微压至与腰齐高,掌心以前臂为
轴略向外旋转。

整个过程尽量保持双肘的位置的稳定。

(7) (30)(88) 提手上势——Raise the hand
                                                              Slanting Lift-Off
Raise the right ankle slightly and with right toes as ground support shift the center of gravity to the left leg. At the
same time, move the left hip toward left making the body rotating to the southwest corner. Lean back till the left
side K-H-D-B points are positioned vertically to the ground level. With the left forearm as axis, following the
rotation of the upper body, turn the left palm 90 degrees to the right. In keeping the left elbow stable, turn the
elbow joint making the forearm perpendicular to the upper arm. With the shoulder joint as center, move the right
arm downward till it is basically paralleled to the right leg. When moving down the right arm, the right hand fingers
slowly and naturally stretch out with the palm facing downward.

Turn the left hip joint rotating and centering the upper body from facing southwest to facing
south. While keeping both elbows stable, rotate both forearms till they meet in front of the chest
with left hand fingers placed in the middle of the right wrist.
When making the rotation, the center of gravity of the body is still kept in the connecting line of
H-K on the left side. Move the right leg forward with ankle on the ground and keep the two legs
shoulders width apart.

With the grounding power of the left ankle, stretch the left leg and coordinately bend the
straightened right leg. With control from the waist and the hips, move the center of gravity
horizontally forward till it falls perpendicularly on the connected line of D-K of the right leg and
grounds through the latter part of the right foot. The posture is basically the same as the
Raising Hand as previous described.
When moving the upper body forward, keep both arms relaxed and formed a circle with the
back. There is the sense that the circle is somewhat expanding outward and stably moving
forward. Finally, the upper body is leaning forward and the points A-B-D-H-K of the left side
become a straight line.

hile keeping the right knee and hip stable, with the right hip joint as center, rise up and center
the upper body by using the power from the back waist and the right thigh. At the same time,
lead the left leg forward and place it in parallel with the right leg at shoulders width apart.

With the right forearm as axis, rotate the right palm outward till it faces the front. By using the
left elbow as center, slightly press down the left arm to the waist level. With the forearm as axis,
turn the left palm slight outward.

Try to keep both elbows as stable as possible during this whole process. Keep the knees apart
with the sense of opening the hips and rounding the crotch.

长拳者,如长江大海,滔滔不绝也。

十三势者,分朋、捋、挤、按、采
、列、肘、靠、进、退、顾、盼、定
也。 朋、捋、挤、按,即 坎、离、
震、兑,四正方也;
采、列、肘、靠,即乾、坤、艮巽,  
四斜角也。此八卦也。

进步、退步、左顾、右盼、中定即   
金、木、水、火、土也。此五行也。  

合而言之,曰十三势。
