(111) 弯弓射虎——
Curving the bow to shoot a tiger
前式,翻身双摆莲的终止状态。
红衣摄自南方。
兰衣摄自东方。

   弯弓射虎 01
以左脚掌撑地,左腿由曲伸
直,右腿由直转曲,右足掌向
正东方踏实,重心由左腿移向
右腿。在转移重心时,上身维
持面向东北方,由正直状态向
右大腿方向侧倾。
以双肩为中心,贴身向西南方
向下移,左臂保持自然直伸,
右臂由曲转直,双掌带下压之
意,循同一轨迹,一前一后想
隔一掌的距离,移至裆前。视
线注视双掌的移动。

上身保持前倾,维持双胯与双
膝的稳定,转腰,使上身由东
北转向东南。

双臂基本保持原状,随转身而
贴身移至右大腿外侧。

原则上转体到上身面向东南方
为止,但在不影响总体平衡的
条件下,转体的角度可根据各
人条件略有增减。

全身基本保持原状,以左肘为中
心,上提左前臂至水平状态,指
向南方。以右肩为中心略微上提
右上臂,使右上臂大致以水平状
态指向南方,同时以肘为中心,
上提右前臂大致在水平状态指向
东方。双手由展掌转为握拳。
右、左拳虎口上下向对。右腕向
掌心弯曲,左腕向掌背方向弯
曲,尽量使双拳的拳面处于同一
平面上,面向东方。

仍然保持双胯与双膝的稳定,向
左转腰,使上身由东南方转回正
东方。
双臂与双拳,基本维持原状随转
身回转,使双拳连线处左膝基本
处于同一直线上。双拳拳面略含
向前合击之意。

                            Curving the bow to shoot a tiger 01
Press the ground with the sole of the left foot. Stretch the left leg and bend
the right leg. Step firmly the right sole toward the east. Shift the weight center
from the left leg to the right leg. While shifting the body weight, keep the
torso to face northeast and turn the body from upright position to slanting
forward.
With both shoulders as center and by keeping both arms close to the body,
move downward toward the southwest. Stretch the left arm naturally outward
and straighten the right arm at the same time. Both palms  have the sense of
pressing down. Follow the same moving path and with one hand in front and
the other hand at the back. Keep a distance of one foot apart between two
hands and shift them close of the crotch. Keep the eyesight on the
movement of the palms.

Keep the torso slanting forward and both the knee and the hips
stable. Rotate the waist leading the body from facing northeast to
southeast.

Maintain both arms basically at their original state. By following
the turning of the body, keep both arms close to the body and
move them to the outer side of the right thigh. Rotate the body till
the upper body is facing the southeast side. Under the condition
of not affecting the balance of the whole body, the degree of the
rotation can be increased or decreased depending on individual’s
status.

Keep the whole body basically at its original state. With the left elbow
as center, raise the left forearm up to the horizontal level and point it
to the south. With the right shoulder as center, slightly raise the right
upper arm leading the right upper arm to the horizontal level and
point it to the south. Take the elbow as center at the same time and
raise the right forearm to the horizontal level and point it to the east.

Turn both open palms into fists with the upper side of the fists facing
each other. Bend the right wrist toward the center of the palm. And
bend the left wrist toward the back of the palm. Try to keep the front
faces of both fists at the same level and to face east.

Keep both hips and knees stable. Turn the waist to the left leading
the upper body from facing southeast to facing right east.

While turning the body, both arms and fists are essentially kept at
their original state. The connecting line between the two fists is
basically straight and on top of the left knee. Both of the outer faces
of the fists are having the sense of punching out.
