退步搬揽捶 01:

开始后移重心时,展开
左拳,手指搁在右前臂
的肘关节旁,指向斜上
方。

后移重心的过程中除双
臂外,其他部位的步骤
及要领同所有由弓歩势
转为后坐势的过程基本
相同。
退步搬揽捶 02:

继续后移重心至双腿中间的过程中:
右肘关节留在原处,以右肘关节为中
心,转动前臂将右拳移至胸前约一英尺
处。并以前臂为轴旋转使向下的拳背转
为向北。
同时,左肘在原位转动由前臂带动左手
掌沿着右前臂向右拳方向抚摸移动,直
到左手指尖与鼻尖同高,指向斜上方,
使左手掌与右拳心在胸前相对合,如照
片所示。
双臂与后背的合围要有向外舒张之意。
退步搬揽捶 03:

继续后移重心,达到
后坐势要求的中正状
态。

双手和臂基本保持原
来状态。
退步搬揽捶 04:

以双胯连线为轴将上身由中正
转为前倾,右腿同步地由足跟
着地的虚步,着意于足跟,擦
地后移伸直,使右边自足根至
头顶处于一条直线上。最终右
足根着地含向前支撑之意。双
足平行指向西方。

双手与臂基本处于原状不变。

整个过程要注意保持双膝与胯
的稳定,避免重心的晃动。
退步搬揽捶 05:
按前弓歩转为后坐势的步骤与
要领,完成由偏正状态向中正
状态的转换。

基本维持右臂弯曲的形状,以
右肩关节为中心,在后坐的过
程中,向下转动整条右臂使右
拳沿右图黄点所示的弧线移至
右边大腿旁。(由图05右转为
图05左的状态)

左手和左臂维持不变。
退步搬揽捶 06

全身由后坐势再次转为前弓步。

左手、臂的形态不变;右拳在弓步过程
中,籍以肩及肘为中心的转动沿右图黄
点所示的弧线贴近左手掌前击。(由图
06右转为图06左的状态)
出击时,右拳不要前移太多,右手刚好
伸出左手掌,使左手掌护着右腕即可停
止。在完成拳击的最后瞬间,以右足根
支地,整条右腿略作旋转使右足趾略微
随之左旋发劲,右拳则虎口向上利用腕
力略为下扣。

        Step back and punch 01

Open the left fist while starting the shift of the
weight center backward. Place the left hand
fingers next to the right elbow joint; pointing
and inclining upward.

During the shifting of the weight center with
exception of hands, the requirements and
procedures for the rest of the body are
basically the same as from bow step  to sitting
back.
                                    Step back and punch 02
While continuing the shifting of the weight center toward the mid-point between
the two thighs, keep the right elbow joint at the same position. With the right
elbow joint as center, rotate the forearm and place the right fist with a foot
distance in front of the chest. And with the forearm as axis, turn the back of the
fist from facing down to facing north.
At the same time, rotate the left elbow from its original position and through the
movement of the forearm stroke and move the left palm along the right forearm
toward the direction of the right  fist till the tips of the left fingers are at the same
height as the tip of the nose. With the left fingers pointing and inclining upward,
the left palm and the right fist are facing against each other in front of the chest
as shown in the picture. The enclosure of both hands and the back of the body
should have the sense of stretching outward.
  Step back with punch 03

Carry on with the shifting of the
weight center till the upright
requirements of the sitting post are
achieved.

Both hands and arms are basically
kept at their original state.
                        Step back with punch 04
With the connecting line between the hips as axis, turn the torso
from upright to inclined position. Ground the suspended right
heel. With sense on the heel, brush and stretch it backward
completely leading the right side of the body from heel to head
becoming a straight line. The final landing of the right heel has
the sense of sustaining forward. Both feet are in parallel facing
the west.

Both hands and arms remain unchanged from its original state.

During this whole process, pay attention to keep both knees and
hips stable and avoid the sway of the weight center.
                             Step back with punch 05
According to the procedures and requirements of moving from bow
step to sit back, complete the movement of the body from slanting
forward to sitting upright .

Keep the curve shape of the right arm. When sitting back, with the
right shoulder as center, rotate the whole arm downward along the
arch line of the yellow dots as shown in the picture and move the right
fist next to the thigh of the right side. (Picture 05 on the right is the
opposite view of picture 05 on the left.)

The left hand and arm remain unchanged.

The whole body is moving back again from the sitting position to the bow step.

The state of the left hand and arm remain unchanged. When making the move, with the right shoulder and elbow as center, punch the right fist
forward along the arch line of the yellow dots as shown in the picture. (Picture 06 on the right is the opposite view of picture 06 on the left.)

The punching fist stays close to the left palm and should not stretch out too much. The right fist is just extended outside the left palm and
should stop moving once it is able to protect the left wrist. During the final moment of finishing the punching, with the right heel as supporting
point, twist the whole leg slightly and rotate the toes somewhat to the left to extract internal power. Buckle up the fist through the downward
force of the wrist leading the upper side of the fist to face up.

理为精、气、神之体,精、气、神为身之体.身为
心之用,劲力为身之用.心、身有一定之主宰者,
理也,精\气\神有一定之上宰者,意诚也.诚者,
天道;诚之者,人道.俱不外意念须臾之间。  
要知天人同体之理,自得日月流行之气.其气意之
流行,精神自隐微乎理矣!夫而后言乃武\乃文\乃
圣\乃神,则得矣.若特以武事论之於心身,用之於劲
力,仍归於道之本也,故不得独以末技云尔!  
劲由于筋,力由于骨,如以持物论之,有力能执数
百斤,是骨节\皮毛之外操也,故有硬力.如以全体
之有劲,似不能持几斤,是精气之内壮也.虽然,若
是功成後犹有妙出於硬力者,修身\体育之道有然
也。
    十三势行功要解
                          以心
行气,务沉着,乃能收敛入骨,所谓[命
意源头腰隙]也.
意气须换得灵,乃有圆滑之趣,所谓[变
转虚实须留意]也.
立身中正安舒,支撑八面;行气如九曲
珠,无微不到,所谓[气遍身躯不稍滞]
也.
发劲须沉着松静,专注一方,所谓[静中
触动动犹静]也.
往复须有折叠,进退须有转换,所谓[因
敌变化示神奇]也.
曲中求直,蓄而后发,所谓[势势存心皆
用意,刻刻留心在腰间]也.
精神能提得起,则无迟重之虞,所谓[腹
内松静气腾然]也.
虚领顶劲,气沉丹田,不偏不倚,所谓
[尾闾正中神贯顶,满身轻利顶头悬]
也.
以气运身,务顺着,乃能便利从心,所谓
[屈伸开合听自由]也.
心为令,气为旗,神为主帅,腰为驱使,
所谓[意气君来骨肉臣]也.
                               十三势说略
每一动,惟手先著力,随即松开.犹须贯串一气,不外起、
承、转、和.始而意动,既而劲动,转接要一线串成.
气宜鼓荡,神宜内敛.勿使有缺陷处,勿使有凹凸处,勿使有
断续处.其根在脚,发於腿,主宰於腰,形於手指.由脚而
腿、而腰,总须完整一气,向前、退后,乃能得机得势,有不
得机得势处,身便散乱,必至偏倚,其病必于腰腿求之.上
下、前后、左右皆然.
凡此皆是意,不是外面.有上即有下,有前即有后,有左即有
右.如意要向上,即寓下意.若将物掀起,而加以挫之之力,
斯其根自断,乃坏之速而无疑.
虚实宜分清楚,一处自有一处虚实,处处总有此一虚实.周
身节节贯串,勿令丝毫间断.
