指裆捶 01
由弓步的偏正,转为后坐的
中正状态。
以左前臂为轴,将左掌由向
前转为向右,置于胸前与抱
球式的位置相近。
乘后坐之势,提起右臂位置
也近于抱球式,右手握拳,
与左手掌相对。

由后坐中正转为弓步偏正状
态。
以左肘为中心,向下旋移左
前臂约90度,将左掌面下置
于身子下前方,乘重心前移
之势,将右拳贴着左手掌向
斜下方击出,意在袭击对方
下腹部。

(105)上步揽雀尾——
Stepping up & grasping the bird's tail
上步揽雀尾 01
以腰、腿劲将上身由前倾
转为中正,顺势前移右
腿,将右足尖在左足旁轻
点着地。
同步地,展拳为掌,以右
肘为中心,上旋前臂,并
以右前臂为轴将掌面向下
转为向左,使右掌如图所
示置于胸前正中。
左臂基本保持原形,手掌
贴着右臂向右掌方向移
动,直到左手指轻点于左
手腕处。
上步揽雀尾 02

保持左胯、膝的稳定,继
续前移右腿,以足跟着
地,足尖跷起,直伸使全
身处于典型的中正后坐。

以双肘为中心,略微内收
双掌,成为琵琶势的终止
状态。

 Hitting the crotch with right fist 01

Shift the body from slanting forward in bow
step to sitting back upright. With the left
forearm as axis, turn the left palm from facing
forward to facing right and place it in front of
the chest, which is similar to the posture of
Holding A Ball. While sitting back, raise the
right arm to the position similar to Holding A
Ball. Grasp the right hand in fist and let it face
against the left palm.

Shift from upright in sitting back to slanting
forward in bow step. With the left elbow as the
center, rotate the left forearm downward
around 90 degrees and place the left palm
down in front of the body. While shifting the
weight center forward, punch the right fist
slantingly downward along the side of the left
palm. Imagine hitting the opponent’s lower
abdomen.

With the internal power from the waist and leg, shift the body
from slanting forward to upright. Follow through by moving the
right leg forward and grounding the right toe tips next to the
left foot. At the same time, open the fist into palm. With the
right elbow as center, rotate the forearm upward. And with the
right forearm as axis, turn the palm from facing down to facing
left. Place the right palm centrally in front of the chest as
shown in the picture.
Keep the state of the left arm basically unchanged. With the
left palm attached to the right arm, move it toward the
direction of the right palm till the left fingers slightly touching
the left wrist.

Keep the left hip and knee stable. Shift the right leg
continuously forward and ground with the heel. Point and
stretch the toe tips upward leading the whole body to the
typical upright sit-back position.
With both elbows as center, withdraw both palms inward
forming the posture of Playing The Lute.
