遵循以前叙述过的由弓步的前倾
偏正,转为后坐的中正状态的动
作要领,将左腿前移,伸直以左
足跟着地。
仍然基本维持左右上臂的原状,
以右肘为中心,向右上方旋提右
前臂直到与右上臂处于同一个平
面为止。同时以右前臂为轴将右
手掌由向上转为向左。以左肘为
中心沿右前臂外侧向右旋落直到
左手掌向上,手指处于右肘近
旁。

维持右胯与右膝的稳定,以左胯
与左足跟连线为轴将左足由西南
方转向西方,即双足处于平行状
态。
基本维持左右上臂原状,以左肘
为中心,向左上方旋提左前臂,
直到左前臂与左上臂基本处于同
一平面为止,左手展拳为掌,手
掌面向北方。
同步地,以右肘为中心,向左旋
转前臂,直到前臂指向南方,展
开右拳,使右掌向上,置于左肘
的近旁。

右腿由曲转直,左腿由直
转曲,遵循以前叙述过的
由后坐中正转为弓步前倾
偏正。
基本维持左臂的原状,并
保持左臂与上身的相对位
置。右臂顺重心前移之势
略微以肘为中心向前下转
前臂。
上步揽雀尾 02
遵循以前所述的动作要领,由弓
步前倾的偏正转为后坐的中正状
态,将右腿移向前方。
基本保持左臂原位,以右肩为中
心,顺竖起上身之势,后收上
臂,使右肘移至身体右侧,相应
地右前臂水平地指向西方。与此
同时,以右肘为轴将右掌由面向
南方转为向下,右手指与左手腕
相接。

Keep the right hip and knee stable. With the connecting line
between the left hip and the left heel as axis, rotate the left foot
from southwest to west leading both feet in parallel.
Continue to keep the original state of both upper arms. With the
left elbow as center, raise and roll the left forearm up toward the
upper left side till the forearm and the upper arm are basically in
the same plane. Open the left fist and let the palm face to the
north.
With the right elbow as center, rotate and twist the forearm at
the same time to the left till the forearm is pointing to the south.
Open the right fist. Let the palm face upward and position it near
to the left elbow.

Follow all the basic requirements as previously mentioned with
regard to the shift from slanting forward position in bow-step to
upright sit-back position. Move the left leg forward. Stretch it
forward and ground with the left heel.
Still maintain the original state of both upper arms. With the
right elbow as center, raise and roll the right forearm up toward
the right upper side till the forearm is in the same plane as the
right upper arm. Take the right forearm as axis, rotate the right
palm from facing up to facing left.
With the left elbow as center, roll down the left forearm to the
right along the outer side of the right forearm till the left palm is
facing up with fingers near and next to the right elbow.

Stretch the right leg and bend the left leg. Follow the previous
mentioned procedures to shift from sitting back upright
position to slanting forward position in bow-step.

Keep the left arm at its original state and maintain the relative
position between the left forearm and the upper body. While
shifting the weight center forward, with the right elbow as
center roll the right forearm forward and downward.

Follow the previously mentioned procedures, shift from
slanting forward in bow-step to upright sitting back position
and move the right leg forward.
Keep the state of the left arm unchanged. With the right
shoulder as center, withdraw the forearm backward while
raise the torso up. Move the right elbow to the right side of
the body leading the right forearm in horizontal level and
pointing to the west. At the same time, with the right elbow as
center, turn the right palm from facing south to facing down
with the right fingers and the left wrist touching each other’s.
From 03 to 06 of Stepping Up and Grasping The Bird's Tail, the procedures are the same as 01 to 04 of Grasping The
Bird's Tail.
