撇身踢左脚 01
略微提起右足跟,以右胯与右足
尖连线为轴,转动右足跟,使右
足指向西南方,同步地,以右胯
为中心,左胯循弧线作水平前
转,使上身保持原来前倾角度的
情况下,由东南方转向正南。重
心随左胯略微前移,保持在右胯
与足跟的连线上。
以双肘为中心,转动左右前臂,
使左拳在前,右拳在后,双腕交
叉于嘴前,拳心向外,左腿依然
直伸。

保持双胯的稳定,以双胯连线为
轴,将前倾的上身转成正直面对
南方。双臂与上身的相对位置不
变。
左边虚腿随上身的领正,前移,
左足尖在右足旁轻轻点地。
此时,检视并调整上身的中正状
态,准备踢腿。

保持中正状态及双胯的稳定。
以左胯为中心,在不影响体态
及重心平稳的前题下,提高左
大腿。
左肘位置基本不变,以左肘为
中心,将左前臂转向正南方。
以右肩为中心,将右肘作水平
转移至西方。
鼓腰开胯,准备踢小腿。

仍然保持中正状态,继续略提
左大腿,同时挺直左脚背,前
踢左小腿。在踢腿时要保持重
心稳定,动作缓慢均匀。
与踢腿同步,继续转动左前
臂,肘膝相对,掌心向西,下
劈左掌。
右臂以右肘为中心,同步旋转
右前臂,掌面向南,下劈右
掌。最后双臂自然直伸基本处
于与双肩同样的高度。
下劈双臂与踢腿要起止同步。

                             Turn body-extend left leg  01
Raise the right heel slightly. With the connecting line of the right hip and
right toe tips as axis, rotate the right heel leading the toe tips to point
southwest. At the same time, with the right hip as center, rotate the left
hip in a curve path along the horizontal level. While keeping the torso in
the original slanting angle, turn the body from the southeast to south.
Following the movement of the left hip, shift the weight center forward
and keep it on top of the connecting line between the right hip and the
heel.
With both elbows as center, rotate both forearms putting the left fist at
the front and the right fist at the back. Cross the two wrists in front of the
mouth with center of the palm facing out. The left leg is still stretching
naturally.

Keep both hips stable. With the connecting line between two hips as
axis, turn the slanting body to upright and to face south.

The relative positions of both arms and the upper body remain
unchanged. As the upper body turning upright, move the insubstantial
left leg forward with the left toe tips slightly touching the ground next to
the right foot. This time, inspect and adjust the upright status of the
torso and prepare to kick with the leg.

Maintain the centered upright position and the stability of both hips.
Under the condition of not affecting the status and steadiness of the
weight center, with the left hip as center, raise the left thigh.

The position of the left elbow is essential unchanged. With the left elbow
as center, turn the left forearm to face south. With the right shoulder as
center, move the right elbow along the horizontal level toward west.

Round the lower back and open the hips preparing to kick with the lower
leg.

Still maintain the upright statue of the torso and continue to raise the left
thigh. Straighten the left instep and kick the lower leg forward. Keep the
weight center stable while kicking. The movement has to be slow and
even.
Continue to rotate the left forearm while kicking. The elbow and knee
are facing against each other. With the center of the palm facing west,
chop the left palm down.
With the right elbow as center, rotate the right forearm at the same time.
With the front of the palm facing south, chop the right palm down. Finally
stretch out both arms naturally keeping it basically at the same height as
the shoulders. Chopping of the palms and kicking of the leg begin and
end at the same time.
