左金鸡独立 01
维持双胯在原来高度上的稳定,以
腰、腿之劲转动双胯,将上身由前
倾偏正状态向中正状态转变。顺势
将右腿前移,脚尖虚点于左足趾旁。
左臂基本保持原状,只是以全臂为
轴,将左掌由向南转为向内。以右
肩、肘为中心转动上臂与前臂,使
右前臂在水平方向斜指右前方,手
掌向左置于胸前。
此时只是为了便于说明提手与踢腿
过程的一个过渡阶段,所以不要在
此有所停顿。

继续上述的踢腿与提手运动。
右腿基本保持上图的弯曲形
状。以右胯为中心提起大腿,
同时以右膝为中心,在维持右
足尖上翘的情况下转动小腿,
使右脚跟向左上方上提,置于
身子中间。
略微转动左臂使左手指向右足
跟。继续向上转动右上臂,使
右肘接近右肩高度,并转动右
前臂使手掌向外横置于额前。
此时要放松胯关节,鼓腰以有
利于保持体态的中正。

重心仍然落在左腿,保持中正
及左胯、膝的稳定,意在右足
跟,向前踩下右腿,以足跟着
地,足尖上翘,右腿直伸。呈
典型的后坐势。
乘势落下右肘,使右前臂斜置
于胸前,右手掌处于下颌前
方。提起左肘,并以左肘为中
心,旋提左前臂,使手掌面
下,左手指置于右前臂靠近右
肘处。

左腿由曲伸直,右腿由直转曲,
从后坐中正转为弓步前倾的偏正
状态。
左上臂基本静止,以肘为中心,
前臂顺上一步向上旋提的弧线继
续上提,并以前臂为轴,将左掌
由面下转为面上。手指尖处于下
颌高度。
右上臂顺上一步下落轨迹继续下
移使肘处于琵琶势的高度,并在
以右肘为中心,向下转动前臂的
同时,以前臂为轴将右手掌转向
左腕。

维持右胯、膝的稳定,以腰、腿
之劲将前倾偏正转为中正,顺势
前移左腿,使左脚尖轻点地于右
足旁。
左臂基本保持原状,左前臂略有
以肘为中心向内作上旋即可。右
前臂继续以肘为中心向下旋落使
右手掌沿左臂下移置于左肘旁。

保持中正与右胯、膝的稳定,
放松左胯,向正前方提起左大
腿,然后挺直脚背踢起左小
腿。
与踢腿同步,以肩为中心,上
提左上臂,使肘接近肩高,以
肘为中心,手掌面上,下旋左
前臂,以左手背向左足尖同一
方向下击,到左臂自然直伸即
止。
以左肘为中心,继续内旋前
臂,将右手掌向上,置于胁下
为止。

Keep both hips steady at their original height. Use the power from the waist
and legs to rotate both hips. Turn the torso from slanting forward to centering
upright. Follow through by moving the right leg forward with the toe tips
insubstantially touching the ground next to the left toes.
Keep the left arm basically unchanged. With the whole arm as axis, rotate the
left palm from facing south to facing inward. With the right shoulder and
elbow as center, rotate the upper arm and the forearm leading the right
forearm to slantingly point forward from the horizontal direction to the right.
Place the palm in front of the chest to the left.
This is only a transitional stage for the process of raising the hand and
kicking the leg. Therefore, there should not be any stop in the above
mentioned movements.

Continue the above-mentioned movements of raising hand and kicking leg.
Keep the right leg basically in a bend shape as shown in the picture above.
With the right hip as center, raise the thigh. While keeping the right toe tips
pointing upward, use the right knee as center at the same time to rotate the
leg. Raise the right heel up toward the left and place it in the middle of the
body.
Turn the left arm slightly and point the left fingers toward the right heel.
Continue to rotate the right arm upward leading the right elbow at the same
height as the right shoulder. Rotate the right forearm out at the same time
placing the palm horizontally in front of the forehead.
This time relax the joints of the hips and round the lower back to facilitate
keeping the upright  position.

The weight center is still fallen on the left leg. Maintain the upright
position and the stability of the left knee and hip. With sense on the right
heel, step down the right leg to the front. Ground with the heel and point
the toe tips up. Stretch the right leg out and end the movement with the
typical sit-back position.

Follow through by sinking down the right elbow. Place the right forearm
slantingly in front of the chest and the right palm in front of the upper
jaw. Raise the left elbow and use it as the center to twist and raise  the
left forearm. The palm is facing down and the left fingers are locating
close to the right elbow.

Stretch the left leg and bend the right leg. Move the body from sit-back
center position to bow-step slanting forward state.
The left forearm is basically still. With the elbow as center, follow
through with the step forward movement and continue to raise the
forearm  twistingly  upward. Use the forearm as axis at the same time;
turn the left palm from facing down to facing up. The fingers are located
at the height of the lower jaw.
Following the step forward movement, continue the downward motion of
the right upper arm leading the elbow to the similar height as the
posture of Playing The Lute. With the right elbow as center, rotate the
forearm downward and at the same time with the forearm as axis turn
the right palm toward the left wrist.

Keep the right hip and knee stable. With the power from the
waist and the leg, turn the body from slanting forward to
centering upright. Follow through by moving the left leg
forward and grounding with the left toe tips next to the right
foot.
Keep the left arm basically at its original state. With the left
elbow as center, rotate the left forearm inward and up. With
the right elbow as center, continue to rotate the right forearm
downward. Move the right palm down along the left arm and
place it next to the left elbow.

Keep the upright position, the right hip and knee stable. Relax
the left hip and raise the left thigh upward to the front. Stretch
the instep and kick out the left leg.
While making the kick, with the shoulder as center, raise the
left upper arm leading the elbow to the same height as the
shoulder. With the elbow as center and the palm facing up,
rotate the left forearm downward. Chop down with the back of
the palm toward the direction of the left toe tips till the left arm
is naturally stretching out.
With the left elbow as center, continue to rotate the forearm
inward. Turn the right palm to face up and place it next to the
side rib.
