左腿上步,左手搂膝与
左搂膝拗步动作相同。

在左腿上步时,保持右
上臂稳定,以右肘关节
为中心略微上
旋前臂,右手掌握拳,
掌面向左。

继续上步,前移重心的要领仍
与左搂膝拗步相同。直到由中
正转成偏正。

右上臂仍旧基本稳定,以右肘
为中心,左旋右臂使前臂在水
平位置斜指西南方,置拳于正
中离上身近一英尺。然后,籍
旋转前臂及手腕,使拳面向
下,虎口向外。然后,转动
肩、肘,直伸右臂,以拳面在
左膝前的正中下击。下击时全
臂要有左旋劲。

As mentioned previously that from
Brushing The Right Knee And
Stepping Up to Holding A Ball, the
procedures are entirely the same.
Please refer to the details are outlined
under A016 of the movement list.
     Step up and punch down 01
Step up with left leg and brush the left knee
is the same as the movement of Brushing
The Left Knee And Stepping Up.

Keep the right upper arm stable while
stepping the left leg forward. With the right
elbow joint as center, slightly rotate the
forearm upward.

Grasp the right palm into fist with the front
side facing left.
                     Step up and Punch Down 02
Continue the movement of stepping forward till the body is moving
from center upright to slanting upright. The requirements of
shifting the weight center forward are still the same as Brushing
The Left Knee And Stepping Up.
Keep the right upper arm basically stable. With the right elbow as
center, turn the right arm to the left placing the forearm in the
horizontal level pointing slantingly to southwest. Place the fist in
the center with a foot of distance from the body. Then with the
rotation of the forearm and the wrist turn the front side  of the fist
down and the upper side of the fist  forward. Rotate the shoulder
and elbow and stretch the right arm. Punch the front side of the fist
down toward the center in front of the left knee. The whole arm
must carry the rotating power while punching down.
