这步与手挥琵琶 4 完全相

Step forward with punch 01
Lift the left heel up slightly and shift the
weight center steadily from the left leg to the
right leg. With the spine as center, turn the
waist and rotate the left arm and palm to point
south. The basic state of both arms and
hands remain unchanged. This movement is
essentially the same as Playing A Lute (2);
with exception that there is a slight difference
in the position of the left leg.
Step forward with punch 02
While keeping the format steady, stretch the
left leg and ground with the left heel. Do not
shift the weight center yet. This movement is
the same as Playing A Lute (4).
Step forward with punch 03
This is entirely the same as Playing A Lute (5). Stretch
the right leg and bend the left leg. While maintaining
the height of the hip joints unchanged, shift the weight
center toward east till the connecting line of the right
side of the body becomes a straight line.
In moving the weight center, with the left forearm as
axis, turn the left palm slightly from facing down to
facing east and hold the sense of move a substance.
However, pay attention and try not to move the left arm
foreword because of this action.
Step forward with punch 04
Keep both hips and knees stable. With the waist turning left,
bring both hands to the center. At the same time, with the left
arm as axis, rotate the left palm from facing downward to facing
right. With the right arm as axis, rotate the right palm from
facing up to facing left. Place the right fingers in the middle of
the left wrist. The left palm is in a standing state.
The outer edge of the arms and the back of the body form an
expanding arch. In turning the waist, with the grounding of the
outer edge of both feet as the base, both legs and waist should
generate the twisting power.
Step forward with punch 05
Bend the right fingers to form a fist with four of
the fingers touching the base of the thumb and
the first section of the thumb placing on top of
the first section of the index and middle fingers.
The center of the right fist is in an empty state.
Stepping forward and punching 06
When changing the above forward position to the
sit-back position, the basic requirements in moving
the waist, legs and upper body are the same as
Grasping the Bird’s Tail (1), (5) as well as the
related format in Holding the Lute. The left palm
remains upright while setting back. The right fist is
drawing back to the position according to the path
of the yellow dots as indicated in the picture. The
fist touches the outer edge of the thigh slightly.
Stepping forward and punching 07
To change the above sit-back position to the step forward position, the
requirements are basically the same as in the Grasping the Bird’s Tail.
Observe all the requirements while slanting the straight torso forward
and at the final moment of stretching the right leg; turn the right foot
slightly inward making both feet in parallel.
While shifting the weight center forward, move the right arm steadily
according to the path of the yellow dots as shown in the picture with
the fist finally punched out along side of the left palm. Stop the motion
once the right wrist reaches the left palm. Turn the right wrist and
bring the fist slightly downward making the upper part of the fist
