               二起脚 01
保持全身稳定中正,面向东方。籍开胯之劲,以右胯为中
心,在原来的水平高度将大腿转向东南方。与此同步,以膝
为中心将小腿踢向东南,脚背朝上挺直。
以左肩为中心,将左上臂左转,展左拳成掌,以肘为中心,
掌心向下随前臂循弧线向左下方旋转,直到左臂自然直伸指
向北方,手掌基本与肩同高为止。
以右肩为中心,上臂向右上方旋转,转动时保持肘膝相对。
展右拳成掌,掌心向下,以右肘为中心,右转前臂直到右臂
与肩同高,自然直伸与右腿一起指向东南方为止。在整个踢
腿过程中,要肘膝相对,同步移动。

保持左胯,膝、足及重心
的稳定,以左胯为中心,
向后平移右胯,使上身转
向东南方。右腿随右胯转
移,同时以右胯为中心,
着意与足跟,在东南方将
直伸的右腿慢慢降下,直
到足跟着地,脚尖跷起。
以双肩为中心,微沉双
肘,双手指尖维持在原来
的高度上,随双臂的移
动,左右相向迎合,汇合
于右腿两侧的上方。

右腿由直转曲,左腿由曲
而直。同时转动左胯和左
足跟,使左足转向东南
方,与右足基本平行。在
此过程中,重心平稳前移
最终落在右胯和右足的连
线之上。体态由中正转为
向东南方的偏正状态。
转动双肩与双肘,顺前弓
之势沿弧线下按,虚掌意
在掌跟与十指,直到双臂
在右腿两侧自然伸直。

鼓腰,拔背,左右
两大腿外张,伴之
用腹腔深深吸气,
顺势以双肩为中心
向外沿弧线转提双
臂,双手握拳随臂
提升到略高于肩
处,肘略低于肩,
双拳虎口相向。
整个体态仍维持前
倾的偏正状态。

用两腿相内的合力,
与腰劲,伴以用腹腔
吐气,带动双臂双肘
相对内合,双拳
意在合击对方太阳
穴。

                        The second Raise-kick 01
Keep the whole body stable, upright and facing east. With the power from opening the hips,
take the right hip as center and turn the thigh from horizontal level to southeast.  
At the same time, with the knee as center, kick the shin toward southeast with the instep
facing up and straightening.
With the left shoulder as center, turn the left upper arm to the left and open the fist
into palm. With the elbow as center, rotate the palm downward to the left along the curve
path of the forearm till the left arm is straightened naturally to face north. The palm is
basically at the same height as the shoulder.
With the right shoulder as center, rotate the upper arm upward to the right. Keep both
elbows against each other while turning. Open the right fist into palm with the palm center
facing down. Take the right elbow as center; rotate the right forearm to the right till it
is at the same height as the shoulder. Straighten it naturally to face southeast along with
the right leg. During the whole kicking process, the elbows are coordinating with the knee
to move at the same time.

Keep the left hip, knee, foot and weight center stable.
With the left hip as center, shift the right hip backward
in horizontal level turning the body to southeast. Turn
the right leg along with the right hip. At the same time,
with the right hip as center, play attention to the heel
and gradually lower the straightened right leg down till
the heel is grounding with toe tips point up.
With both shoulders as center, sink slightly the elbows
down. Keep the fingertips of both hands at the original
level. Following the movement of both arms, the left and
right fingers are facing inward and grouping on top
above either side of the right leg.

Bend the right leg and extend the left leg. Rotate the left hip
and heel at the same time turning the left foot to face southeast
and basically in parallel with the right foot.
During this process, move the weight center stably forward and
finally locate it on top of the connecting line between the right
hip and right leg. The body is turning from upright to slanting
forward to face southeast.
Rotate both shoulders and elbows. Following the momentum of
the bow step, press the hands down along a curve path. The
palm is insubstantial. With mind on the bottom of the palm and
the ten fingers, continue to press down till both arms are
straightening naturally on both sides of the right leg.

Round the lower back and elongate the spine at
the back. Expand both thighs outward.
Accompany with the deep breathing through the
abdomen, use both shoulders as center and raise
both arms up along an outward curving path.
Grasp both palms into fists when the arms risen
up just above the shoulder level. The elbows are
slightly under the shoulders with the upper part of
both fists facing against each other.   
The whole body remains in a slanting forward
position

Use the enclosing power from both legs and the
power from the waist. Accompany with breathing
out through the abdomen, move both arms and
elbows to face and enclose with each other. Carry
the sense of punching the side head of an
imaginary opponent.
