(29) 左右倒撵猴——
Step Back and Repulse Monkey (R)(L)
前式,肘底看
捶的终止状态


This is the
finishing
posture of
Fist Under  
Elbow.
     倒撵猴 01:

在维持双胯关节高度不变的前提下,左
腿由曲伸直,右腿由直转曲,将重心由
左腿移向弯曲的右腿。也即最终要达到
第一阶段小结中所述后坐势的各项要
领。
在身子后坐的同时,双手松拳。右肘的
位置基本不变,以右肘为中心将右手沿
弧线转到胸前,手掌以前臂为轴转为向
左。随略微左移的左肘,调整左手的位
置使与右手相对呈抱球状。
   倒撵猴 02:
维持右胯与膝的稳定。以右胯关节为中
心,将上身由中正转为前倾的偏正状态。
与此同步,将前伸的右腿后移使左足,至
头顶成一直线,此步骤完成之时须与搂膝
拗步的终止状态相同。左、右手的运动状
况也与前述搂膝拗步的过程相似。
要注意的要点是:后移左腿时须意在足
跟。并维持足跟轻轻擦地。还要注意控制
全足方向指向正东方,并与右足横向保持
一足的间距。
初学者在退步时大都会不自觉地将左足右
移至右足的正后方,造成因双足横向过于
接近而难以维持身体的平衡。极须留意。
  倒撵猴 03:
重心后移的要领与倒撵猴01相
似。只是左、右互换而已。
重心后移时,左肘基本不动,只
是旋转左前臂,置左手于胸正前
方,手掌向右,手指向上;同
时,以右肩为中心,前提右肘使
与左肘同高,以右肘为中心沿弧
线上提右手,并旋转右前臂,使
掌心向左,手指向上,左右手掌
相对呈抱球状。
倒撵猴 04:与倒撵猴 02:要领相同。只是左右互换。

While keeping the height of both hips under change, stretch the left leg and bend
the right leg. Shift the weight center from the left leg to the bended right leg. The
requirements of this sitting posture are the same as mentioned under the first
conclusive summary.
When the body is sitting back, release both fists at the same time. The position of
the right elbow is essentially unchanged. With the right elbow as center, move the
right hand in a curving direction and place it in front of the chest. With the forearm
as axis, turn the palm to face left. Following the slight move of the left elbow to the
left, adjust the position of the left hand and make it facing against the right hand like
holding a ball in between.

Maintain the right hip and knee stable. With the right hip as center, slant the upright
torso forward and at the same time move the left leg backward till the connecting line
between the left heel and the head becomes straight. The final posture is the same
as the finishing post of Brushing The Knee and Stepping Forward. The movements
of the left and right hands are the same as the procedures as previously mentioned
under Brushing The Knee and Stepping Forward.
The point that particularly needs attention is that when moving the left leg backward,
put the mind on the left heel and rub it slightly against the floor. Also control the
direction of the left foot to face east and maintain constantly a foot in   horizontal
distance with the right foot.
When moving the backward, beginning learners usually will place the left foot right
behind the right foot making the horizontal distance between the two feet too narrow
and the body becomes difficult to balance. This requires special attention.
                          Step Back and Repulse Monkey(R) (L) 03

The requirements in shifting the weight center backward are the same as 01
mentioned above with exception of the interchange between left and right.

When move the weight center backward, the left elbow basically is still. Only rotate
the left forearm and place the left hand in front of the chest with palm facing right
and fingers pointing upward. At the same time, with the right shoulder as center,
raise the right elbow to the same height as the left elbow. With the right elbow as
center, raise the right hand  in a curving direction. Rotate the right forearm and turn
the palm to face left with fingers pointing upward. Both palms are facing each other
like holding a ball in between.

依人, 务要知己, 乃能随转随接; 以己黏
人, 必须知人, 乃能不后不先。

精神能提得起, 则无迟重之虞; 黏依能跟
得灵, 方见落空之妙。往复须分阴阳, 进
退须有转合。机由己发, 力从人借。发劲
须上下相随, 乃能一往无敌; 立身须中正
不偏, 方能八面支撑. 静如山岳, 动如江
河. 迈步如临渊, 运劲如抽丝,蓄劲如张
弓,发劲如放箭。

行气如九曲珠, 无微不到; 运劲如百炼刚,
何坚不催? 形如搏兔之鳩, 神似蒱鼠之猫

曲中求直,蓄而后发.收即是放,连而不断。
极柔软, 然后能极坚刚, 能黏依, 然后能
灵活.

气以直养而无害,劲以曲蓄而有余.渐至物
来顺应,是亦知止能得唉!
                                        太极拳论要解
                               
解曰:先在心,后在身.腹松,气敛入骨,神舒体静,刻刻存心.切记一动无
有不动,一静无有不静.视动犹静,视静犹动.动牵往来气贴背,敛入脊骨.
要静内固精神,外示安逸.迈步如猫行,运劲如抽丝.全身意在蓄神,不在
气,在气则滞.尚气者无力,养气者纯刚.气如车轮,腰如车轴.
又曰: 彼不动,己不动;彼微动,己先动.似松非松,将展未展,劲断意不
断.
