上式,左搂膝
拗步的终止状
态。
左边抱球 01:
保持左胯与左膝的稳定。以左胯为中
心,将前倾偏正的上身转为中正。同步
地将直伸的后腿弯曲前移将右足带至左
足傍,以足尖轻轻虚力点地。与此同时
以肩关节为中心前提左上臂使左肘与右
肘同高,以肘关节为中心将左前臂向上
提起使左手掌与嘴鼻齐高,手指向前,
手掌向右。
右手位置基本不变,只是将向前的手掌
以前臂为轴转为面左,手指向上与左手
相对作抱球状。
此时,乘机可进一步松弛并确认一下上
身的虚领与中正。
(15)右搂膝拗步——
Brushing the knee and stepping up (R)
左边抱球 02:
进一步稍后收左胯,收
臀、鼓后腰、含胸拔
背,确认上身饱满,虚
领,下盘稳定,坚实
后,将虚曲的右腿轻轻
伸直,右足跟着地而足
尖尽量跷起,确保左右
大腿平齐。
特别注意右腿前置时要
维持双胯与左膝的稳
定,避免移动全身重
心。
右搂膝拗步 01:

由右边抱球到右搂膝
拗步的要领与由左边
抱球到左搂膝拗步完
全相同,只是左、右
互换而已。

Brushing the knee and stepping up(R)

The requirements from Holding A Ball on
the right side to Brushing The Knee on the
right side are the same as Holding A Ball on
the left side and Brushing The Knee on the
left side. The difference is only the change
between left and right.

Therefore, kindly make reference to the
movements of  (10) Brushing the knee and
steping up (L) 01.

Keep the left hip and knee stable. With the left hip as center, bring the leaning
torso to upright. Simultaneously, bend the straightened back leg and move it
next to the left leg with toes slightly touching the ground. At the same time,
with the shoulder joint as center, bring up the left upper arm with the left elbow
at the same height as the right elbow. With the elbow joint as center, raise up
the left forearm with the left palm at the same height as the nose and the
mouth. The fingers are pointing forward and the palm is facing right.

The position of the right hand is basically unchanged.With the forearm as axis,
just turn the palm thatfacing forward to face left with fingers pointing upward
and like holding a ball with the left hand. At this moment, relax further and
make sure once again the upper body is suspended and upright

Withdraw the left hip backward a little bit further. Lower the
buttocks, convex the lower back, encompass the chest and
pull up the back. Ensure the torso is plump and the head is
suspended. After the lower part of the body is stable and
firmly secured, extend the bended right leg lightly. Place the
ankle on the ground and point up the toes as much as
possible. Make sure the left and right thighs are parallel.
Especially pay attention that both hips and the left knee are
stable while moving the right leg forward. Avoid the shifting
of the center of gravity of the whole body.

示安逸。须要从人, 不要由己。从人
则活, 由己则滞.尚气者无力,养气者
纯刚.

彼不动,己不动;彼微动,己先动.以己
依人, 务要知己, 乃能随转随接;以
己黏人,必须知人,乃能不后不先.

精神能提得起,则无迟重之虞; 黏依
能跟得灵,方见落空之妙。往复须分
阴阳,进退须有转合.机由己发,力从
人借. 发劲须上下相随, 乃能一往
无敌; 立身须中正不偏, 方能八面
支撑。 静如山岳,  动如江河. 迈
步如临渊,运劲如抽丝.蓄劲如张弓,
发劲如放箭.

行气如九曲珠,无微不到; 运劲如百
炼刚, 何坚不催? 形如搏兔之鳩,神
似蒱鼠之猫. 曲中求直,蓄而后发。

收即是放, 连而不断。极柔软, 然
后能极坚刚,能黏依,然后能灵活.

气以直养而无害,劲以曲蓄而有余.渐
至物来顺应,是亦知止能得唉!
