斜飞势 01:
维持右膝稳定。放松右胯,稍微提起
右足跟,使重力着落在右前掌上,以
右足尖与右膝连线为轴,转动右足跟
直到右足指向东南角,即右足顺时针
转动45度。同时以脊髓骨为轴,双胯
在同一水平面上向右转动约22.5度。
上身与直伸的左腿仍然维持偏正状
态。与此同时,保持双肘稳定的情况
下,以右肘为中心提起右手,置于左
肘旁,手指指向左肘。以左前臂为
轴,将左手掌由面下转向面上。
斜飞势 02:
稍微提起左足尖,维持左腿直伸,
以左腿为轴,左足跟着支地,右转
左足尖45度,尽量使左右足平行。
在转动左腿的同时,以脊髓为中
心,继续水平右转双胯,使上身右
转22.5度面对东南方。

在整个转动过程中要尽量保持右膝
的稳定,尤其要注意鼓腰,保持上
身,与腰腿构成完整一体的偏正状
态。当双胯旋转时,要含以脊髓为
中心的螺旋上旋的意念。
斜飞势 03:
维持右膝的稳定,保持重心落在右
足,右胯的连线之上,以右胯为中
心,将前倾的上身转为正直中正,并
保持上身面对东南方,上身转正之
时,同步将左腿前移,置左足尖于右
足尖旁,并以左足尖轻轻点地。
在上身领正的过程中,左手、臂静
止,右手沿左手臂作弧线上移至左手
腕处。
此时,当可稍松弛并检视一下上身的
虚领与外张状态。为下一运动作准
备。
斜飞势 04:

保持其他部位静止,只
是放松左胯,保持左足
与右足的平行,将左腿
向东北方向后移,始终
维持左足跟轻轻触地直
到左腿伸直为止。

在移动左腿时要避免重
心跟着后移。
斜飞势 05:
右腿由曲伸直,相应地左腿由直转曲,在保持双胯
高度不变的情况下将重心由右腿侧后移至左腿。着
意于左肩与腰的左部,即将背的左侧作为一个整体
的后靠。因为是整体的后靠,所以,肩要随腰而
动,重在意,不能脱离腰腿而独自过度移动。

左手与臂基本静止,仅作稍许顺势的旋转上升。保
持右肘的稳定,前臂以右肘为中心向右腿方向作弧
线移动直到与静止的上臂基本成一直线。同时以右
前臂为轴将手掌由外向转为面下。
此时双足平行指向东南方。
斜飞势 06:
微提右足跟,以右腿为轴,右足尖为支
点,转动右腿,并将右胯后推,上身顺势
继续以左胯为中心后旋,使由左肩至左腰
整片背部的后靠含有旋转劲,直到右足方
向与腿成一直线为止。
配合旋靠顺势以左前臂为轴将左掌由西北
转向西南。右手臂则略微顺右腿方向下
按。
斜飞势是后坐势的变形,所以也须掌握第
一阶段小结中提及的有关后坐势中腰胯的
要领。

                 Flying slant  01
Keep the right knee stable and relax the right hip. Slightly raise the
right heel with the body weight falling on the front part of the right
foot. Using the connecting line of the right toes and right knee as
axis, rotate the right heel till the right foot is finally facing the
southeast corner. This means the right foot is turning clockwise for
45 degrees. At the same time, with the spine as axis, turn both hips
to the right at the same horizontal level for 22.5 degrees. The
upper body and the stretched left leg are remaining in the slanting
state. While maintaining both elbows stable, use the right elbow as
center and raise the right hand and place it next to the left elbow
with fingers pointing directly to the left elbow. With the left elbow as
axis, turn the left palm from facing downward to facing upward.

Bring the left toes up slightly and keep the left leg stretching out.
With the left leg as center and the left heel as supporting point,
rotate the left toes to the right for 45 degrees. While rotating the left
leg, with the spine as axis, turn both hips horizontally to the right
leading the torso to rotate right for 22.5 degrees to face southeast.

During the whole turning movement, try to keep the right knee
stable. Particularly pay attention to round the lower back and
maintain the upper body, the waist and the legs united entirely in a
slanting state. When turning both hips, try to have the sense of
using the spine as center to spiral up.

Keep the right knee stable and have the weight center falling on the
connecting line of the right leg and right hip. With the right hip as
center, bring the torso into an upright right position while remaining to
face southeast.
In moving the body upright, shift the left leg forward at the same time.
Place the left toes next to the right toes and slightly touching the floor.
At the same time, keep the left arm stable and move the right hand
along the left arm to the left wrist in a curving path.
Relax a short while and inspect  the suspending and expanding status
of the upper body as well as  prepare the next movement that follows.

Keep all parts of the body still with
exception of relaxing the left hip.
Maintain the left foot in parallel with the
right foot. Move the left leg backward
to the northeast direction. Keep the left
heel slightly touching the floor until the
left leg is completely stretched out.

When moving the left leg, avoid
shifting the weight center backward.

Stretch the bended right leg and bend the stretched left leg simultaneously. While maintaining the height of both
hips unchanged, shift the weight center from right leg to left leg. With the mind on the left shoulder and the left
waist, slant the back of the left side entirely backward. As the whole body is slanting backward, the shoulders are
following the waist to move. It is importance to keep the intention so that the torso will not leave the waist and legs
behind and move independently.
The left arm and hand are relative stable but slightly spiral up along with the backward move. Keep the right
elbow stable and use it as the center, let the forearm make a curving movement toward the direction of the right
leg till it becomes a straight line with the upper arm. With the right forearm as axis, turn the palm from facing
outward to facing down. This time, both legs are parallel and face southeast.

Slightly bring the right heel up. With the right leg as axis
and right toes as supporting point, turn the right leg and
push the right hip backward. The upper body follows the
movement with the left hip as center to spin backward.
This will make the whole piece of the left back including
the left shoulder and the left waist to slant back with a
spiral power. Moving back till the direction of the right
foot and the right leg is forming a straight line.
Combining the spiral backward move,with the left forearm
as axis, turn the left palm from facing northwest to
southwest. Press the right arm down slightly along the
direction of the right leg.

贴身靠近横肘上,护中反打又称雄。
进步搬拦肋下使,如封似闭护正中。
十宇手法变不尽,抱虎归山采列成。
肘底看捶护中手,退行三把倒转肱。
坠身退走扳挽劲,斜飞着法用不空。
海底针要躬身就,扇通臂上托架功。
撇身锤打闪化式,横身前进着法成。
腕中反有闭拿法,云手二进臂上攻。
高探马上拦手剌,左右分脚手要封。
转身蹬胸腹上占,进步栽锤迎面冲。
反身白蛇吐信变,采住敌手取双瞳。

上打正胸肋下用,双风贯耳看法灵。
左蹬脚踢右蹬式,回身蹬胸膝骨迎。
野马分鬃攻腋下,玉女穿梭四角封。
摇化单臂托手上,左右用法一般同。
单鞭下式顺锋入,金鸡独立占上风。
提膝上打致命处,下伤二足难留情。
十字腿法软骨断,指裆捶下靠为锋。
上步七星架手式,退步跨虎闪正中。
转身摆莲护腿进,弯弓射虎挑打胸。
加封似闭顾盼定,太极合手式完成。
